hello..have u tried de self esteem test? ;D have u watched de Thriller video?? naughty naughty if u have not..anw went for YF just now..hmmm..i noe there are lots of contemporary christian music going ard..but dint noe it was tad horrible..de songs dey sang was............cant describe it..

today was quite a fruitful day :D mmmm..not wholly on de workshop..hahhaa..but not gonna share here..too many spies..LOL..nah dun be kpo :))

yar Hui just got back fm home..she's still in her playful age..went out wid her besties again..cool ehh to have fun..mi arhh.ma chiam asocial sia..ehh no is mre of antisocial..more of unwilling to mix ard..i mean ok la normal frens..we can chat about but cant find those really good ones..can tok abt everything under de sun..i miss my e4s :(( my sec sch life were de best till now..cos im de boss..hahahaaa..

oh just took a few picts of Hui..today she wore her new dress her frens boght fer her..some sort of farewell presents luhh..as mentioned she wana leave SIT and join in de healthcare profession..SHS Nursing..warhaha..of cos i support her..though im a little worried..is she up to it..thinking abt those aseptic procedure..gosh..and her tidiness..cleanliness..being in sequence..hmmm dun worry too much fers..haha we shall see :)) hope she will prove mi wrong..wad i can do she can too! :D gambette kudasai!! mm if i wana post her fotos i've gotta ask fer her permission man..tad time tad tiny face cant even see anything i oso got it fm her..tskk..shall ask ltr then..

when i got home just now saw this ah-gong who's living 3 lvls down where im living..poor thing..guess his vision is 90% blurred..he can hardly see anything..somemore just now so dark man..he is still finding his way home..he overshot..so i went up n ask him where is he heading to so probably i can help..he said he's finding his way home..gosh!! i told him..de lift is at de back..he was like "HUH?? isit?? oh dear my eyesight..too dark.." and he's walking damn damn damnnnnn slowwwwwwww..my one step..foot to foot ok..is like his 4 steps?? serious!! though i dunno exactly abt his health condition..but im sure it's kinda bad..de way he walk..n his terribly poor vision..poor thing..wonder why his family dun get worried over him..at least it's dark cant u pple find him?

there was once it's raining very ultra heavy..its de raining seaon..he was in de rain..couldnt get to de shelter on time..drained..wanted to go forward..but someone was faster than mi..pheww :)) poor thing..

i held his hand n bring him back home..everythime i ask him where he stays..he will gimme a different address.today blk 307 tml blk 308..im like are u sure? and different lvl too..today he told mi another blk another lvl..anw i just bring him to de usual one i used to bring him..then i cfm wid de pple living inside..shld be his family..this ah-mah came out..not sure if she's de wife or not..she's speaking dilect..i dun understand much!! onli like 5% of wad she said i can briefly understand..since there is a communication break down so i just cfm wid her if this ah-gong stays here..she said yepp so ok my job is done..

it can be quite tiring to bring him home at times..esp if u approach him de fers time..u dunno where he stays..u gotta find for him since he himslf dunno where he stays..like.."3rd floor..mm i think is 8th..im not so sure..i forgot..isit 2nd floor?......." gosh..tad time im like so tired..n he dun noe where he stays..really can be tiring..but worth it..just put urslf in his shoes..u cant blame him for being forgetful etc..it's part of degenerating..just do what u can do to de benefit of others and not urslf..i will just do wadeva i can luhh..heartbreak to see these old folks become like this :((

1. are u aware tad if u skip breakfast, u will actually GAIN weight?!!
2. and in de long-run, u will haf HIGH risk of getting hypertension!
3. do u noe tad if u sit down stright aft u just do any form of exercise, ur BUMS will get super huge!! (so if u haf flat ones & desire a bigger one, congrats!)
4. if u just ate ur meals and try to massage ur stomach, u'll get a big belly!
