FINALLY today is Friday!!!!! i can get some proper sleep and eduquate rest! at least i wont be waken up by alarm..hate it! when it sounds..i MUST wake up..so SIAN!! if too tired dint get up TADS IT!! n i owaes kena tad..i seriously hope tad i can still tarhan this for de nxt few mths..it has been a tiring week for me..now im in this largest ward in SGH i've heard..it's a 100 bedders ward..C-class ward..meaning it will be SUPER DUPER BUSY!! man i dun rmb working in a C-class ward..n u noe wad? i hate this ward..ok maybe these 2 rooms/cubicles that im in-charged of for this week..every week we will rotate ard de whole ward..meaning nxt week i'll go to other rooms to do my 'job' :D heng can change! 1stly, this ward is really CMI..i dunno abt de other rooms but de staffs working in de same rooms as mi are like so super slack la..like 3.5 out of 5 of them..wad de heck! 2ndly, the stock really like no top-ups one..wadever u want..u can NEVER get it! blanklets? OUT OF STOCK..pilow? one patient one only NO EXTRA! towel? NO MORE USE DRAW SHEET (a rather thin sheet of cloth used for shifting ptts on bed) INSTEAD! (huh? use tad to dry ptts?) pampers? USE PROTECTIVE SHEET! (????? use tad to wrap ptt's butt? really damn ECONOMIC!) BP (bld pressure) set..got like 4 or 5 of them..BUTBUT!! only 1 can work! super diao loh(-__-)''''''''' then tympanic (a device to measure temperature..one button and u'll get de reading) ?? only ONE! share among de Back rooms of de ward (4 cubicles) which is like..9+8+9+8=34 ptts!! siao! ! de para (rounds to take n monitor ptt's vital signs) can take up more than 1 hr! and de SpO2 machine lehh? only 2 to share..among de Middle + Back rooms..A LOT OF PATIENTS LA!! tads y i said..everytime de para hor..can dunno take how long de lor! just on waiting..abt 1 & 1/2 hr..i got a lot of complains lor just this week alone! talking abt de staffs in my rooms..all i can say is i dun like de way they perform out their duties..AND within de room itslf de staffs got CONFLICTS among each others de..like got gangs sia! how to work wid pple like tad? how can u work efficiently? staff nurses and even ENROLLED NURSES can go against a SENIOR STAFF NURSE! if u dunno..dip holders grad to become staff nurses..and ITE students grad and become enrolled nurses..de position is obviously lower luhh..some is really damn irritating..de way they do things was like damn CMI..can drag then drag..can dun do dun do..everytime pretend cant see anything..see us students..command us to do 'shit' jobs..and dey do all de procedures! HELLO I'VE BOOKED DEM LONG AGO OK!! still KOPPE my procedure! kannasai! mind u..just a few more mths im yr 3=acting staff nurse ok! and u're still an enrolled nurse! a brainless one still! n worse still for those who are just a 'health care assistant'! another position even lower than EN luhh..and my patients are damn irritating too! i mean some of my male patients..really is press de call-bell for NOTHING!!!!!!! walao ehh!! i damn free isit? when i just step my foot in de male cubicle..at least 3 of dem will gimme de hand sign and ask mi to go over..wad de heck..wad thing? NOTHING!!! or instead ask mi do shit stuff..HELLO? im a nurse not ur maid..im not so free ok? 'help me take my towel' when he just reached de towel himslf to show mi where..huh?? dint u just grab it? just pull it luhh!! walao! i must touch it n gif it to u den happy sia! and like to play wid call-bell..press once..i went in n asked "wad?"...."ah nothing" im like..HUH? NOTHING? "please, nothing dun anyhow press..this is not toy ok.."..not even 3 foots away from him he pressed one more time!! HELLO ARE U FOOLING MI??? enuff not? i had it ok!! wa piang damn peik ciek!!!!!!!!!enuff luhh!! im going nuts..got one today..even better! like de worst of de worst for this entire week! really wana puke! NOT demented ptt ok! wearing diaper..and he pooed de whole diaper..tads alrite..de thing was he felt itchy below and he SCRTCHED IT!!!!!!! both his hands were like..FULL OF SHIT?? wa piang..im recovering from my sickness luhh so my nose still kinda blocked..when i walked past he 'EHH EHH' me..cos we cant communicate..he only understands cantonese..but my fren will be de translator..hah..anws back to topic..he 'eh' me rite? im still like..'huhh??' nicely to him la..despite him previously used vulgarities on me..for wad? for not able to understand cantonese..DOTS LUHH!! ok nvm..i dint notice his hands..my fren was like..'WA NICE SMELL!!' den im like WAD DE HECK!! shit all over!!! his hands plus NAILS! and his bed! his blanket oso kena! his shirt and pants all kena! he shit inside nvm..but he scratched and his hands touch here and there..so all kena shit!! even de cot-side luhh..dun even dare to lean! dangerous! im like..ok faster screen and change him..he STINKS!! though i cant smell..but i can imagine it! and im already inhaling all de shit air-molecules! disgusting..his hands hor! other then shit got one more thing..damn err xin! when i saw it i asked my fren 'IS THAT.........HAIR? his pubic hair!!!!!!!!!' walao buay tarhan!!!! im super DISGUSTED!!!! i had a real hard time just to clean his hand..we both took each hand to clean..i still haf to clean his shit IN HIS NAILS! and de nails inside got like at least 1 mth of dirt luh!! black like tar! PLUS SHIT! nvm ar..went off to take something cos not enuff supply..w/o supervision..he scratched AGAIN!!!!! im going nuts!! shit again!! DINT I JUST CLEANED LIKE MAD??? AND U JUST...........!!!! wa i totally sian diao..n i already can smell de 'fragrance' when his hands dug out more shit aft scratching! i really feel like vomiting..can i just faint over and let de rest take over? de thing was..those slacker nurses peeped..and?? WALKED AWAY!! wa thanks..tads a lot of help..in de end we just agar agar wiped his hands and get a commode and wheeled him to de toilet..he was like a stink bomb! just use water and wash him! asked those slackers to tidy de bed..YESH! helped my fren get her revenge on dem..lol! though we washed him..still got de shit smell..but is liddat de luhh..it's too strong..i think it was his nails lor..now u ask mi to help him cut nails i oso dun want..dun even dare to touch his hands lor! this ward ptt super no hygiene de lor! de facial hairs all over & grew so long le oso nvr do anything abt it de lor..de nails grew so long oso same case! it's not just hygiene..it's also for their safety e.g. like confused ptts..scratch all over de body till bld ooze out? / trip and de whole nail got rip off? etc. hais..aft this posting..i hope i'll nvr get into this ward..esp PRCP in my 3rd yr..PLEASE NO OK! will NEVER consider this ward aft grad!man i really had enuff of these 2 rooms..i hope de nxt 3 wks de rooms i go to will be much much better la please..de bad things were like so much more than de good stuff i've experienced for this wk..cant take it!!!! stressed! till like my attitude towards only those irritating patients have changed to 'irritated mode'..sorry but u pple forced mi luhh..but only for today im damn peik ciek wid dem only..i seriously wonder why Ethel chose to work in this ward..she's in de middle room btw..maybe middle room is better? ask her nxt wk..cos i will be in de middle rm nxt wk!! ;D yeahh!!alrite tads all for this week..had a bad week..but i managed to maintain a good conduct..keyword: TARHAN! towards de staffs..just be in de 'innocent gang' dun side any..best way! if unhappy wid de staffs..cant stand de way dey handle stuff..kena 'bullied'..buay tarhan their bitchy attitudes..just tarhan..and tarhan!! but so far it's still ok..im handling well..dint get bullied or kena attiudes..just tad de way dey handle things i really cant stand it..if im of higher position..dey sure mar-tee!! alrite this end-sem exam timetable was out..i think can make it ba..as in de time allowance for mi to study for my modules..though kinda packed..but it has owaes been this way..so just..try my best again! :)) ok im tired le..aft all my complaints!! hahah! i hope it gets lesser over de nxt few wks! :) cya! :DLabels: it's a damn cold night
