today was my first day of work at Wd 57..everything was quite alrite..CIs look nice n approachable..haha! hope they are really nice when it comes to accessing skills :))
got a grp of NP students..attached here for 3 weeks same as us..but this is their last week..& it's our first..LOL! they're only year 1..yar going yr 2..but caught one NP girl doing her wound dressing on a patient..her aseptic techniques REALLY CMI..A LOT of mistakes..if im de ptt i'll die in her hands..my wound may never recover well..GOSH!
WJ & Seri oso spotted some of her mistakes..can u imagine how badly has she done? wad de heck! n was wondering why no staff or CI access her skills just now..then thinking it was probably cos it's their last wk..n shld haf been accessed b4 so shld be safe for them to do simple dressing on their own w/o supervision..BUT! not for her please! i dun even noe how she get to pass her accessment..in sch or even here..n who is de person who pass her..if im de staff or CI..she sure DIE!!! im sure to scream at her..she's really BAD! forget it..heng not same room..if not i sure high BP every shift..this kinda act is intolerable..must report..cannot let her go out n 'kill' pple..must reaccess her..badbadbad......
plus her attitude towards feedbacks are not good enuff..dint scold her or wad..just pointed to her that she shld stop forcing on de wound as her so called dried blood clots are actually BLOOD OOZING out from de wound..but she actually insisted on till de others cfm to her my claims..her face nvr turned black..but can see tad she is unhappy with us..tsktsk..if u're wrong..n VERYVERY wrong..must listen, acknowledge..and most imptly, amend ur mistakes..n improve on! JUNIORS! PLEASE BE HUMBLE!! that's de only way to survive..dun learn it through de hard way..KID HUHH..hais~
as in not tad we wana yaya-papaya tad we're from NYP (more skilled) or final year soon very pro or wad..we will all grad to become SN ma..our common goal is for de benefit of patients..why wana make life diff? we learn & grow tgt..shld work hand-in-hand..
man! tml is morning shift..wana go slp already..meeting WS for ice-cream at ice kimo aft my dinner..of cos as usual HIS treat..LOL! too bad im broke :))
