i've started on my posting..my first week was...hmm not bad..haha!
had a great time with my new NP friends..they were attached there for 3 weeks too..but it's their last week when we came in..but following week, tml onwards..there will be another batch of NP students coming in for their posting..yepp all are year 1s :>
my SNs &ENs were not bad and some were really good :)) hope i can really learn more and get along well with the other nurses..be it students or not :> and also not forgetting my CIs..LOL!
friday gotta present case study..man really dunno wads de point of it..it's so waste of time..it's just copying and copying..nth really goes in..i prefer our previous posting where my CI just come into the room u're I/C of and ask u all abt ur patient..tads was heiong lor! u haf to noe everything abt ur patients under ur fingertips..each took 8-9 patients depending on de room u're in..but good thing she allow us to refer to our notes..if not really can die..
seems like de medical students are going to haf their exam on tue if im not rong..so tml n tue there will be some changes for us on where will we be shifted to..cos they are holding their exam in the rooms we are appointed to..some MBBS thingy..if im not rong tads de name of de exam..hah! yeah we were all quite looking forward to see some handsome dudes in de following weeks of our posting..cos apprently there were NONE!!! not nurses, not patients..not even patient's relatives/friends..LOL! we're not despos..just that..u noe time and then u need to pamper ur eyes a little by looking at good stuff :P that's how i maintain my perfect eyesight :> NO LAHH! i was really joking on tad eyesight thing ok! haha! im a good girl :>
alrite de previous time was toking abt de NP girl..i dint make myslf to report..i just cant do it la..anw even if she can pass this stage doesn't mean she can pass de nxt one..im sure she will be penalized one day..guess wad? i saw her doing another procedure de nxt few days..she was doing a gastric lavage..meaning washing out wadeva is in de patient's gastric..i really cant stand her doing all these procedures..her gloves were in a mess..full of gastric content..dunno how de hell she mess things up so horribly..and wads nxt? she went to touch the suction apparatus and de tubings..the meter and EVERYTHING with her FULL OF PATIENT'S GASTRIC CONTENT gloves..FYI the contents looks like lau-sai..can u imagine????? she was soooooo ewwwwwwwwww~!!!!!! CMI..REALLY CMI..i cant make myslf cont standing there..so i make my way out..tarhan!!!
other then that..nth much la..i like most of the NP students..haha! oh yar..i was told that one of dem look down on ex-ENs..siao! in NYP ex-ENs were like precious gem ok! in terms of experience and everything else..it's a privilege to learn from them ESP when u're a year ONE!!! aint that obvious? man dunno why these days kids easily look down on pple..they probably dun use much of their brain cells to think..if u even realize..pple from ITE or say..NA from sec sch..most are more humble and hardworking than express classes..too yaya papaya dun lead u to a good and easy life..learn it!
hmmm there was one day, i forgot when exactly..i was late for 6-7 mins..but i did pay back luhh..ya noe..if u're late for 10..u gotta repay 30..if late for 30 gotta repay 1 hr..if more then 1 hr..repay 8 hrs which is actually one whole shift..haha! heng ahh..intended to wake at 10am and leave at 12pm..but overslept till 11.35am..im like wad de??!!!??!!?!?!? it's like less then 30 min in hand luhh! and i usually took 1.5-2 hrs to prepare!!!! (from de moment i wake up to brush teeth, attire, make up, and makan) gosh..i chiong like MADDD!!! i went out aft 30-35 min la..and was late for that few mins..phew!!! cos de journey in de afternoon is abt an hour..and when u reach de stop u have to walk all de way in to reach de hosp..PLUS my block is FAR!!! have to walk all my way in to de block! PLUS it's lvl 7!!! almost every lvl de door will open..i think i run up de stairs still faster than de lift lor!! it was really good thing i dint reach any later..lol! :D
i realized one thing abt china pple..alrite to declare one thing! no offence to china kias out there..but that's really de fact i've observed so far for years..MOST alrite..most china GIRLS have poor etiquette..really..alrite de thing was there was one day i did afternoon shift and was on de bus heading to work..i sat at de window seat..i was doing some reading..later came a woman sat beside me..a short while later..i smell something REALLY BADDD!!!!!!! wasn't durians..even durians were better..serious..wasnt farting smell..but it's around there..her BAD BREATHHHHH!!!!!! super horrid!! i looked at her..cos obviously she's de prime suspect..i saw her opening her mouth..not yawning..just opened slightly..dunno FOR WHAT!!!! close it since it stinks to de core can PLEASE!??!! i just tried to fan a little using my little book, looked to the other side hopefuly she can get it..but apparently it doesn't work..nvm..i tarhan..(i really stinks!!!) then i smell it again..de same STINKO BREATH!! i looked at her again..she knew it lor! then i frowned n fanned harder!! i even purposely let her see me turning that air-con thingy blowing at my direction..and as usual it dint work..de smell keep coming back and then..
she even did one super disgusting action..SCRATCHING HER ARMPIT!!!!!!!!!!!! (why i my life so unpleasant? always get to witness this kinda disgusting stuff???!!!?!) i cant imagine if she dint shave her pits..then maybe outside is warm and she sweat..sit beside me and tot everyone is blind and scratched her itchy pit!!!! wad de HECK IS THIS??? as usual i stared at her..she acted gong..WADEVER! i was still thinking wads de nxt thing she do..smell her fingers that was filled with that 'aroma' of hers..YIKES!! heng ar dun haf!! if not i faint..
eh dun say dun haf ok! i saw this waiter when im eating in a rstaurant..dug his nose..left then right then left again n right again..nvm..use another finger dig earwax..dig left dig right..no gold..how? smell it hopefully when he trys to dig his nose he can get some..and de whole thing just repeat..n wads de best?? digging both ears at de same time and smell it both!!! de manager walked past mi n i showed him wad kinda disgusting waiter he hired..WA PIANG!!
ok sry back to topic..she was scratching her pit rite? nvm..later..one TURBO HIT!! she did de most horrendous thing!!! she YAWNED!!!!!! can u imagine??? she actaully yawned when she can already kill de whole bus just by opening her stinky mouth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i almost died at that instant! my very 1st reaction (not me..it was human normal reaction) >> FROWN! FAN LIKE SIAO! COVER NOSE! STARE AT THAT ASSHOLE! whaa really wana kick her out of de bus lor! i really buay tarhan when she can actually yawn at least once in 2 mins!!!! im really struggling in my seat..was still thinking if i cont. to stay here..by de time i reach my stop i will smell of de 'perfume' named: "no.1 stinko phoenix breath - made in CHINA!"
i cant make myslf to torture myslf..i started to hunt for empty seats far away from her..i found it..3 seat away upfront..i made my way there..i think it's damn bloody obvious that im pissed off with her phoenix breath..was so glad i was 3 seats away..BUT!!!! maybe i shldn't be tad happy yet..cos..............................................................................i bloody smell de same FREAKING GARBAGE BREATH 3 'MILES' AWAY!!!!!!!! piang ehh!! dun she freaking noe how to cover her gabage mouth??? like 1000 years nvr drink water and brush teeth le lor!!!!! i really felt like alighting de bus just for de sake of getting fresher air..BUAY TARHAN!!! but i will definitely run late if i do so..so i just hope and pray she get down de bus asap..but it doesnt seems like it..my stop was apparetly de last stop..LOL! she got off so late later lor! i kept smelling it at least once in a few mins..since she keep yawning..but im glad enuff it's not tad strong as when i was JUST NEXT TO HER!!! piang! cant stand it lor!!! feels like slapping her garbage mouth and teach her some etiquette..
de thing was..it wasnt de first time i saw this kinda awful behaviour..almost all china pple yawn w/o covering their mouths..lets not even include having bad breaths..tad woman hor..dunno wads de word to describe..makes my blood boil..puke lor! wonder if she's eva out wid her bf..sure 100% turn off n say to her..'this will be de last time we're seeing each other..i going home STAT (immediately)!!!' lol!! please lar girls (esp from CHINA)..cover ur mouths can? and super ESPECIALLY if u haf bad breath..brush ur teeth well and use antiseptic mouthwash can??? drink more water please!!!! buay tarhan!!! really not trying to shoot u guys from china..but it's really awful lar..for u own sake and for de community's sake can??? thank you..HAIS!!!
btw my results were out! i............................................dint fail! ahah! im so surprised!! thank God man! this sem had really damn low confident of my own performance..i really tot i'd haf to retake some modules..but?! i passed ALL!! and grades were better than last sem!! improvements on GPA too :> haha!! so happy..though it's still considered low ok..but im contented that there are improvements..cos i dint expected it..how can u do well when u haf no study break at all? no time to prepare and all..i can pass is already a miracle..once again thank God..that i dun had to bother myslf to study again and go way back to sch to retake paper :)) YEAH!! sry for those who dint make it for some modules..just..do well on ur supp paper k! :)had a chat with Angela some days ago..updating abt her life..she was also my junior in sch ok! haha! my year 1 junior..coming yr 2 la..guess she's coping well in her posting..haven ask her abt her results..nxt time ba..rarely see her online..and also now im kinda busy too..cos of posting..she's also having her posting now in NUH..yepp hope she will do well for her posting..tad nite was late dint get a chance to ask her abt attending church stuff..she said will tell mi when we chat nxt time..till then..i hope i can get her back in serving church..
had a short chat wid AikBin just now too..haha her knee is getting better..good thing! hopefully everything goes well..and like wad she said..we can come out tgt aft my posting wid Carinna :))
oh yar and tad day when i met up wid WS to pass him his tie at ice-kimo..we went for some dessert there..and de waiter who served us was............................GuoYang if it's spelt this way..hah! surprised..he did some trimming of eyebrow..kinda freaked mi out..and he did a whole lot of tatto-ing..erm actually all i can see is only his 2 arms..so tatoo all de way till his wrist la..dunno where it starts though..it actually took mi some time to recall his name..he was famous back in sec sch lor! for?? ah-beng la of cos!!! and of cos we're not friends..but we just noe each other's existence..hah!
btw sch is staring on 20 April..meaning..i have one more week of break added!! so after my posting..i will have 2 wks of break before sch starts! :)) yr 3 life sure is tough..and i can foresee that it will be like boarding onto a bullet train..nvm i will persist and persevere on :>
my 2 weeks break aft posting was planning on meeting up with:
1) my dears which includes my beiying, ping, peiying & gang..hopefully can find a day when we all are free..
2) and also my new NP frens..they are kinda fun..haha! just ask de whole bunch out..hopefully they can make it too >> sandar, thazin, shirley, eileen, brendon and victor..
3) also one more date with wjing..with Zahirah & Regina..i asked her..with Zahirah or Regina & co.? she says..aiyah just de 2 of dem n no one else la..cos de others nvr initiate anything..only Regina..so just we 4..belated bdae girl's request..too bad!
*if u guys see this..pls haf some reaction..let me noe if u can make it..
4) and not forgetting abt de date with AikBin n Carinna..provided AikBin leg has recovered well enuff to come out to haf fun..HAHA!!
